Cancellation Policy
For paid seminars and/or networking events, cancellations must be submitted in writing and can be faxed to 630.434.1216 or sent via email to moti@heiexpo.com.
A full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee will be made for cancellations received prior to September 12, 2008
Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after 5:00pm, September 14, 2008, or for any seminars registered for, but not attended.
Refunds will not be issued for Exhibit Hall Badge Fees.
