Cancellation Policy:
For paid Seminars and/or the Keynote Luncheon, cancellations must be submitted in writing and can be faxed to 630-434-1216 or sent via email to moti@heiexpo.com. A full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee will be made for seminar cancellations received prior to September 21, 2010. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after 5:00pm, September 21, 2010, or for any seminars registered for, but not attended. Refunds will not be issued for Exhibit Hall Badge Fees.
